Registration Information

Welcome to the 15th Annual Cross Cultural Mental Health Conference "Change Practices: How we make a difference" registration page!!. It is important that you register using the correct form below. All registrations close online October 4th, 2010. To register after this date you can do so in person on October 6th & 7th at the Croatian Cultural Centre, Vancouver.

Very Important: Only CASH or CHEQUE will be accepted as payment in person. NO DEBIT or CREDIT CARDS accepted
