By continuing the registration process you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Bursaries
A limited number of bursaries are available for refugees, consumers, individuals on disability and youth, on a first–come–first–served basis. You will be notified of your acceptance. Those who are not accepted will be required to pay the $100 reduced rate.
2. Registrations
Early registrations will be accepted until October 1st, 2011 at which point Regular Registration prices will be in effect. Registrations will be accepted until October 4th, 2011.
3. Cancellation Policy
Full amount less $25 administrative fee will be refunded if cancellation is requested, in writing, prior to October 2nd, 2011. No refunds will be granted after October 5th, 2011, however substitute registrants are welcome.
4. NSF Fees
A $25 fee will be charged for NSF cheques.
5. Multiple Pass Usage
Registrants will be able to share their pass so that one individual can attend one day and another can attend the opposite day. Please make sure to specify this in the registration form comments.
